The Rapid Conversion of Current International Hotspots and Policies Interaction among China,America and Russia

摘要本文通过对2013年底以来相继出现的国际热点问题的分析,阐述当前国际战略形势的若干最新特征,分析中俄美三国在其中的战略运筹和政策目标,并对这些事态对中俄美三角关系的影响作出扼要的分析。 This paper analysed the hot issues in International politics have occured since the end of 2013 and explained some new features of the current international strategic situation. The paper also described how China,USA and Russia to play their cards and make policy objectives in current international situation. Finally the paper gave brief analysis on impact of these developments on the Sino- Russian- US triangular relationship.
