我国脊柱微创的发展现状与展望

本文评述了近年来中国脊柱微创技术发展存在的问题,及脊柱微创技术在中国目前的普及情况。通过比较分析国内与国外脊柱微创技术发展水平的异同,指出我国脊柱微创的重点发展方向,建议应在建立健全脊柱微创技术的准入制度和培训制度基础上,逐步将脊柱微创技术发展为日间手术,以促进脊柱微创的健康快速发展。

This editorial reviews the development, the existing problems, and the popularization status of minimal invasive spine surgery in China. Through a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences of technical level in minimal invasive spine surgery between domestic and oversea, the author points out that the key developing direction of our country minimally invasive spine, and suggests on the establishment and perfection of minimally invasive spine technology admittance system and training system, and the gradual development of day surgery for minimally invasive spine techniques, to promote the heatthy and rapid development of minimally invasive spine techniques.
