快速康复模式护理在腹腔镜膀胱癌根治性切除术围手术期的应用

Fast track surgery nursing in the perioperative management of laparoscopic radical cystectomy

目的探讨快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治术围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取40例膀胱癌行腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治性切除术的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各20例,对照组采用传统护理措施,观察组采用快速康复模式。对比两组患者肛门首次排气时间、住院天数、住院费用及术后并发症情况。结果两组在术后肛门首次排气时间、住院天数、住院费用等方面比较有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后并发症虽然观察组少于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理是一种适合腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术患者的护理模式,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in the perioperative among the patients with laparoscopic radical cystectomy. Methods 40 patients after laparoscopic radical cystectomy were randomly divided into control group and obiective group. The control group was used conventional nursing plan and the objective group was rapid rehabilitation nursing mode. The anal exhaust for the first time, hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses and postoperative complications were observed. Results There was significant difference in two groups with anal exhaust for the first time, hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses（P〈0.05）. Postoperative complications of the observation group and control group in were not statistically different （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing is a kind of suitable mode for laparoscopic radical cystectomy in patients with bladder cancer.
