摘要
介绍了DMI44×132型筛网沉降离心机的工作原理、结构特点、影响脱水效果的因素及其在斜沟煤矿选煤厂的使用情况。针对原沉降过滤离心机冷却水无法循环复用而造成的煤泥水系统"涨肚"的问题,提出将原有的冷却水和滤液槽冲水分为独立的两个系统,解决清水的循环复用及散热问题,以保证循环油的冷却效果,减少清水的使用量,达到节水的效果和保证煤泥水系统的稳定,同时也解决了因滤液槽堵影响正常生产的问题。
Introduces the working principle,structure characteristics,factors of affecting dehydration effect and application situation of DMI44 × 132 type screen sedimentation filtering centrifuge in Xigou coal preparation plant. In view of the coal slurry system overflow problem,which is caused by the cooling water of centrifuge can not be reused.Puts forward to separate the cooling water and the filtrate tank blunt water into two systems. Solves the water reuse and heat dissipation. Ensures the cooling effect of the circulating oil,reduces the use of water,achieves the effect of water saving and ensures the stability of coal slurry system,and solves the problem of normal production of blocking filtrate tank.
