摘要
目的研究苗药半截烂不同炮制方法对兔眼刺激作用的影响。方法半截烂采用炮法、蒸法、酒制法、童便制法、石灰炮法等,干品及炮制品粉碎经60目过筛,配置成0.4%的混悬液,0.1ml滴于结兔眼膜囊中,2min后立即冲洗眼睛异物,随后采用手持式裂隙灯显微镜于1,2,4,24,48,72h分别观察各组兔眼结膜的变化,并与空白组进行比较。结果半截烂酒制法于4h恢复正常,刺激程度最小,干品组48h恢复正常,持续时间最长。结论半截烂蒸制品具有轻度刺激黏膜作用,炮制可减轻其刺激性,酒制法对减轻其刺激性效果较好。
Objective To study the stimulation of different processing methods on Miao medicine of Arisaema rhizomatum. Methods Use different processing methods on Arisaema rhizomatum,such as gun method,steaming method,wine method,webbed hands,lime gun method,and then,To crushed by sixty mesh sieve of them,configure 0. 4% of the mixed suspension,then drop0. 1% in rabbit eye film bag,immediately flush eye foreign body after 2 min later,then observe the change of each rabbit eye conjunctiva in 1 h,2 h,4 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h by using hand- held slit lamp microscope respectively,Compared with the blank group. Results To resume normal operations after 4 h by wine method of Arisaema rhizomatum,which stimulus is minimized,recover to normal in 48 h of dry group,which duration of improvement was the longest. Conclusion It has mildly stimulate the mucous membrane effect of steamed products of Arisaema rhizomatum,various processing can reduce the stimulus of arisaema rhizomatum,wine method can better reduce the stimulative effect than other methods.
