摘要
目的制备蛇床子素包合物凝胶骨架缓释片并考察其体外释放。方法采用包合技术提高蛇床子素的溶解度,以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料制备蛇床子素包合物凝胶骨架缓释片,设计正交实验优化蛇床子素包合物凝胶骨架缓释片处方。分别采用零级、一级、Higuchi及Ritger-Pappas模型,对药物释放进行拟合。结果蛇床子素包合物凝胶骨架缓释片体外释放为一级释放模型,遵循Fick扩散定律。结论优化后的蛇床子素包合物凝胶骨架缓释片体外缓释效果良好。
Objective To prepare osthol- inclusion complex hydrogel matrix sustained release tablets,and the release models in vitro were also investigated in present study. Methods Inclusion complex technology was employed to enhance the solubility.HPMC was used as hydrophilic matrix to prepare hydrogel matrix sustained release tablets and orthogonal experiment was employed to optimize the formulation. Zero- order,First- order,Higuchi and Ritger- Pappas models were used for the model fitting of drug release. Results The optimum formulation was better agreed with First- order kinetics model,and it was controlled by Fick diffusion. Conclusion The optimized formulation of osthol- inclusion complex hydrogel matrix has perfect behavior of sustained release in vitro.
