摘要
目的利用高效液相色谱法对天平山淫羊藿覆盖其分布区的8个居群基于4种主要活性成分,即朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷(合称为淫羊藿多苷,ABCI)进行含量测定,开展系统全面的质量评价研究。同时,为淫羊藿属植物药用种质筛选和资源开发利用提供参考和启示。方法采用Zorbax SB-C8柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-1.44%乙酸水,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温25℃,检测波长272 nm。结果 8个居群的天平山淫羊藿质量均优于淫羊藿苷0.5%的药典标准及淫羊藿多苷1.3%的建议标准。但居群间质量差异显著,朝藿定A和朝藿定B的含量分别从低于检测限到1.42%和2.39%,朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷的居群间变异范围分别为2.18%~7.80%和0.51%~7.76%。结论:综合考虑天平山淫羊藿的丰富资源和优异质量,支持其作为药用。其中,贵州产天平山淫羊藿普遍优于其他产区,可作为优异种质资源重点筛选。
Objective To evaluate the quality of an non- pharmacopoeia of horny goat weed Epimedium myrianthum Stearn and provide references for the screening of medicinal germplasm as well as for the utilization of resources. The concentration variations of main flavonoids,epimedins A- C and icariin( epimedium multi- glycoside,ABCI),among eight representative populations of E. myrianthum were assessed by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on a Zorbax SB- C8 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile- 1. 44% acetic acid aqueous solution in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min,the detection wavelengths were 272 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results As far as the content of icariin and ABCI concerned,the quality of eight populations E. myrianthum were better than the pharmacopoeia standard( I 〉0. 5%) and than the suggesting standard( ABCI 〉1. 3%),respectively. But remarkable variations among populations were observed in epimedin A( 〈0. 10% ~ 1. 42%),epimedin B( 〈0. 10% ~ 2. 39%),epimedin C( 2. 18% ~ 7.80%) and icariin( 0. 51% ~ 7. 76%). Conclusion Considering the abundant natural resources and excellent quality,E. myrianthum was supported to use as medicinal species. Overall,the populations of Guizhou were generally superior to others and could be use d as core germplasm.
