生态环境因子和土壤条件对滇龙胆品质的影响

Influence of environmental factors and soil conditions on the quality of Gentiana rigescens

目的研究生态环境因子和土壤条件与滇龙胆品质的相关性,揭示环境因素和土壤条件对滇龙胆品质影响形成的作用效应。方法运用SPSS软件相关分析药材品质组分别与气候组、土壤条件组的相关关系。结果对滇龙胆品质起主要影响效应的生态环境因子有和土壤条件：年均温度、5~7月平均温度、5~10月降雨量、年均降雨量、土壤有机质含量、土壤有效磷含量、土壤速效钾等因子对滇龙胆品质的形成具有重要作用。结论初步筛选出影响滇龙胆药材品质的生态环境因子和土壤条件,为揭示滇龙胆品质提供了一定的基础依据。

This article study on the correlation between ecological factors and soil conditions and quality of Gentiana rigescens,revealing the role of the effect of environmental factors and soil conditions on the formation of Gentiana rigescens. The relationship between the quality of Chinese herbal medicine and the climate and soil conditions was analyzed by SPSS. Analysis results show that the quality of Gentiana rigescens from mainly affects the ecological environment factors and conditions： the annual average temperature,5- 7 month average temperature,5- 10 month rainfall,annual rainfall,soil organic matter content,the content of available potassium in soil,soil available potassium factor of Gentiana rigescens authentic quality,etc. they have an important role in the quality of Gentiana rigescens. Currently we have initially screened environmental factors and soil conditions affect the genuineness of Gentiana rigescens,providing a basis for revealing the characteristics of Gentiana rigescens.
