摘要
目的观察情志护理结合金匮肾气丸对创伤后应激障碍SD孕鼠产仔数及仔鼠焦虑行为的影响。方法采用单程长时应激法,建立创伤后应激障碍模型,观察孕鼠每胎产仔数及通过高架十字迷宫测试仔鼠焦虑行为。结果金匮肾气丸结合情志护理能显著提高创伤后应激障碍SD孕鼠的产仔数(P<0.01),改善应激条件下仔鼠焦虑行为的变化(P<0.01)。结论中药金匮肾气丸结合情志护理可通过对仔鼠焦虑行为的调节,有效地改善仔鼠恐惧应激反应。
Objective To observe the effect of emotional nursing combined with Jinguishenqi Pill on post- traumatic stress disorder in pregnant SD rats litter size and offspring anxiety behavior. Methods by means of a single long stress method,established the model of posttraumatic stress disorder,observation of pregnant rat per litter and the elevated plus maze test anxiety behavior of rats. Results Jinkuishenqi Pill combined with emotional nursing can significantly improve the post- traumatic stress disorder SD pregnant rats litter size（ P〈0. 01）,changes to improve stress condition of rat anxiety behavior（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Chinese medicine Jinkuishenqi Pill combined with emotional nursing can regulate on the anxiety behavior in young rats,effectively improve the rats fear stress.
