不同海拔高原官兵返回平原生理功能调节的研究

Study on physiological function regulation among officers and soldiers returning to plain from plateau of different altitudes

目的研究不同海拔官兵返回平原生理功能的调节变化。方法选择2015年7月从不同海拔区域返回平原2～3d的守防官兵60名，按照不同海拔分4组：第1组为3000-4000m，第2组为4000～4500m，第3组为4500-5000m，第4组为5000m以上，入院后进行健康检测评估。结果肺活量、反应时、综合体能检测均为1、2组与3、4组出现显著性差异（P〈0．01），其中肺活量3组（海拔4500-5000m）出现显著减低，反应时在2组（海拔4000-4500m）出现显著增加，4组（海拔5000m以上）随海拔增高出现体能总分明显减低。结论不同海拔的高原官兵刚下高原机体的生理功能有很多差异，且海拔4000m以上生理反应有明显受损，因此，对于4000m高海拔官兵下高原要阶梯式，要加强官兵的身体素质和健康水平维护，以进一步增强部队连续作战能力。

Objective To study the physiological function regulation changes among officers and soldiers retuming to plain from plateau of different altitudes.Methods 60 officers and soldiers returning to plain for 2 ~3 days from plateau of different altitudes in July 2015 were selected and divided into 4 groups according to different altitudes： Group 1 from 3 000~4 000 m,group 2 from 4 000~4 500 m,group 3 from 4 500~5 000 m,and group 4 from 5 000 meters above.All were given health detection evaluation after admission.Results There were significant differ- ences of vital capacity, reaction time, and comprehensive physical stamina detection between group 1 and 2 and be- tween group 3 and 4（P〈0.01）, among which vital capacity of group 3 （4 500~5 000 m） lowered significantly, reac- tion time of group 2（4 000~4 500 m） increased significantly,physical stamina of group 4 reduced significantly（5 000 meters above） with altitude rise.Conclusion There are many differences of physiological function among officers and soldiers returning to plain from plateau of different altitudes, particularly those from the plateau higher than 4 000 m have physiological reaction with obvious damage.Therefore, officers and soldiers from plateau of above 4 000 m should retum to plain step by step.Physical quality and health level of the officers and soldiers should be maintained so as to further enhance their continuous combat capacity.
