多肽类激素kisspeptin的生殖内分泌功能研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 多肽类激素kisspeptin是由Kiss-l基因编码的一类C末端具有精氨酸和苯丙氨酸的多肽类激素,广泛分布于全身各组织器官。近年研究发现,多肽类激素kisspeptin在生殖内分泌系统发挥着重要作用,通过调控性腺轴,参与个体性分化、性发育、性成熟、月经周期及妊娠过程。同时,多肽类激素kisspeptin被证实与特发性性腺功能减退症(IHH)、女童特发性性早熟、卵巢早衰(POF)、多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)、自然流产及滋养细胞肿瘤等疾病的发生具有一定相关性。 Kisspeptin,a type of polypeptide hormone,is a kind of peptide encoded by Kiss-1gene and widely distributed throughout the tissues and organs.In recent years,studies have shown that kisspeptin is a key factor in the endocrinological regulation of reproduction.It can promote the onset of puberty and participate in the sexual maturity,menstrual cycle,pregnancy by regulating the gonad axis.At the same time,it is confirmed that kisspeptin have certain correlations with idiopathic hypogona-dotropic hypogonadism(IHH),idiopathic precocious puberty of the girls,premature ovarian failure(POF), polycystic ovary(PCOS),spontaneous abortion and placental site trophoblastic tumor disease.
