压电型分子印迹传感器对棉酚的检测 被引量:2

摘要 为了减小棉酚检测的检测周期,降低检测成本,以分子印迹修的银晶振作为传感器敏感元件,提出了一种新型压电分子印迹传感器.通过对棉酚和其相似物的检测,证实了压电型分子印迹传感器的灵敏性和特异性.结果表明:该传感器的最低检测限为6μg·L^(-1),检测范围为6~16μg·L^(-1)(相关系数R^2=0.999 6),响应时间为15min;在特异性检测中,该传感器对棉酚的响应频率显著高于相似物. In order to reduce testing cycle and testing cost in gossypol detection,a novel piezoelectric sensor was developed by sensitive element which was the silver crystal modified by molecular imprinting polymers.Both of sensitivity and specificity for the sensor was confirmed by its detection of gossypol and the similar.The result displayed the perfect characters of this novel sensor,such as detection limit of 6μg·L^-1,detection range of 6~16μg·L^-1(correlation coefficient R^2=0.999 6)and response time of 15 min.The response frequency of the sensor to gossypol was much higher than that of similar molecular.
