黔东南民族地区火灾救助问题研究

Research on the Problem of Fire Rescue in the Minority Areas of Qiandongnan

近年来黔东南民族地区火灾频发,因火灾致贫的现象非常普遍。该文通过分析黔东南民族地区实施的灾后救助,发现其在解决灾民"灾后返贫"问题上成效甚微。基于此,提出相应的改革和完善灾后救助的措施和方法,以期解决灾民贫困的现状,促进民族地区尽快脱贫致富。

In recent years, poverty caused by fire is very common due to the frequently fire in minority area of Qian- dongnan. Based on the analysis of the implementation of fire rescue in ethnic region of Qiandongnan, it has been found in solving for fire victims after the poverty problem with little success. The paper puts forward the correspond- ing measures and methods to reform and improve the post disaster rescue, in order to solve the current poverty situa- tion of fire victims, and promote the national region as soon as possible to get rid of poverty
