从治未病角度浅谈中风病的一、二级预防

Discussion on the Primary and Secondary Prevention of Stroke from the Point of View of "Preventive Treatment of Disease"

结合以往对中风病的研究以及临床经验,从中医治未病的角度出发,浅谈关于中风病的一、二级预防。一级预防为"未病先防"阶段,主要预防手段为改变不良生活习惯、控制可控危险因素;二级预防为"已病防变、预防复发"阶段,预防手段主要为寻找中风病发生的原因,结合中药、针灸等临床方法治疗可逆病因,纠正可干预危险因素。

Combined with previous studies and clinical experience of stroke,from the preventive treatment of disease by traditional Chinese medicine, to discussion on the primary and secondary prevention of stroke. The primary prevention is the step of ＂prevention＂, the main means of prevention is changing bad habits and controlling the controllable risk factors. The secondary prevention is the step of ＂ prevention disease change and prevention of recurrence＂,the main means of prevention is looking for reasons of the stroke,clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and other treatments to control reversible cause,and correct intervene in risk factors.
