茯苓琥珀化瘀汤治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎60例

Fuling Hupo Huayu Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis for 60 Cases

目的研究讨论茯苓琥珀化瘀汤治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的疗效。方法将120例ⅢB型前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组60例,运用茯苓琥珀化瘀汤治疗;对照组60例,运用盐酸坦索罗新胶囊、舍尼通治疗。两组治疗都以一个月为1个疗程,共两个疗程。结果两个疗程后,治疗组60例,治愈13例,显效26例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率91.7%;对照组60例,治愈7例,显效18例,有效22例,无效13例,总有效率78.3%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组;治疗组NIH-CPSI评分较对照组下降有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论茯苓琥珀化瘀汤治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎能有效缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Fuling Hupo Huayu decoction in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods120 cases of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 60 cases used Fuling Hupo Huayu decoction. The control group of 60 cases used tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules and Cernilton. The two groups were treated for two months for 1 course,up to three courses. Results In the treatment group,13 cases were cured,26 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 91. 7%. In the control group,7 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 78. 3%.The two groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. There was a significant difference in the NIH- CPSI scores in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Fuling Hupo Huayu decoction in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis had definitely clinical effect,and is worthy of promotion.
