Effect of TCM in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的分析补肾健骨汤联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法资料选取我院2013年8月—2015年8月收治的112例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者行回顾性分析,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组(50例)与研究组(62例),前者单纯予以常规西药治疗,后者联合补肾健骨汤治疗,对比两组临床疗效及Frankel分级情况。结果研究组总有效率比对照组高且Frankel分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾健骨汤联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods Data of 112 cases osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures patients in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment program,they were divided into control group（ 50 cases） and study group（ 62 cases）. The former was treated with conventional Western medicine. The latter used Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with Western medicine. The clinical effect and Frankel grading situation of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and Frankel grade of the study group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures has significant effect.
