探析四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证疗效

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Sijunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Syndrome of Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach within Internal Medicine Disease of TCM

目的探讨四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证的临床疗效及应用价值。方法 78例经中医临床诊断为脾胃气虚证患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,2组均给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上加用四君子汤辅助调理,评价2组临床疗效及预后情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.0%,高于对照组的84.2%（P〈0.05,χ-2=-13.61）。随访对照组复发5例,研究组1例,研究组复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05,χ-2=-15.32）。结论四君子汤加减治疗内科脾胃气虚证有对症效果,复发率低,价格低廉,可作为中医治疗脾胃气虚证的常用方。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect and application value of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach within internal medicine disease of TCM. Methods 78 cases of clinically diagnosed as blood syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into study group and control group. The two groups were given conventional treatment. The study group was also given Sijunzi decoction for auxiliary conditioning. The clinical effect and prognosis of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95. 0% which was higher than 84. 2% of the control group（ P〈0. 05,x2 =-13. 61）. After following-up,5 cases in the control group had recurrence,one case in the study group had recurrence,and the recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05,x2 =- 15. 32）. Conclusion The modified Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach within internal medicine disease has symptomatic effects,the recurrence rate is low,has low price,and can be used as Ccommon prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of spleen qi deficiency
