噪声性耳聋与中医体质相关性研究

Research on Correlation between Noise Induced Hearing Loss and TCM Constitution

目的分析56例可疑噪声性耳聋患者体质类型分布特征及成因。方法采用中华中医药学会发布实施的中医体质分类与判定标准对56例可疑噪声性耳聋患者实施中医体质判定。结果 9类体质中,特禀质37例(占66.07%),平和质14例(25%),其它体质5例(占8.9%)。结论在可疑噪声性耳聋患者中,特禀质体质占到了大多数,说明噪声性耳聋与特禀体质有密切相关性。

Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics and causes of physical distribution of 56 suspected patients with noise induced hearing loss. Methods 56 cases of patients with suspected noise induced hearing loss were treated with TCM constitution classification and decision criteria. Results In the 9 types of physique,37 cases（ 66. 07%） were the intrinsic quality,14 cases（ 25%）were gentleness constitution,and 5 cases were other constitution（ 8. 9%）. Conclusion In patients with suspicious noise induced hearing loss,special intrinsic constitution accounted for the majority,which indicated that noise deafness and special intrinsic constitution have close correlation.
