中医护理联合穴位贴敷应用于心衰患者的效果

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing combined with Acupoint Application in Patients with Heart Failure

目的观察研究穴位贴敷配合中医护理方案对心衰患者症状改善的效果。方法将2013年10月—2015年10月我院收治的90例心衰患者分为两组,每组45例。两组均应用常规护理模式,观察组同时应用穴位贴敷联合中医护理方案。观察两组心功能变化、症状改善情况以及血浆脑钠肽水平变化。结果观察组治疗与护理总有效率更高,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与护理前相比,护理后两组BNP水平均有显著改善(P<0.05);与对照组相比,护理后观察组BNP水平改善更优,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理联合穴位贴敷应用于心衰患者的效果确切,患者的临床症状与心功能状态得到有效改善,且具有较高的安全性,应在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with acupoint application on improvement of syndrome of patients with heart failure. Methods From October 2013 to October 2015,90 cases of patients with heart failure patients were divided into two groups,each group had 45 cases. The two groups used routine care. The observation group received additionally acupoint application combined with TCM nursing program. The cardiac function changes,symptoms as well as changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide level of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate and the nursing effective rate of the observation group were higher,and there was significant difference comparing with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After nursing,BNP levels of the two groups were significantly improved（ P〈0. 05）. Comparing with the control group,the improvement on BNP levels of the observation group was better,and there was statistically significant difference between the groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with acupoint application on improvement of syndrome of patients with heart failure has definite effect,the clinical symptoms and the new state were improved,and has high security. It should be applied in clinical medicine.
