青敷膏外用治疗小儿输液静脉炎的护理观察

Nursing Observation on External Application of Qingfu Unguent in Treating Phlebitis in Children due to Transfusion

目的观察应用青敷膏外用治疗红霉素引发的静脉炎。方法将40例静脉炎患儿随即分为2组各20例,治疗组予青敷膏外敷于患处,对照组予25%硫酸镁纱布湿敷患处,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。其中对Ⅱ度静脉炎治疗组在愈合时间上也显著短于对照组。结论青敷膏作为一种中药外敷膏剂,具有运用范围广泛、使用方便、疗效确切、安全可靠的特征,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of external application of Qingfu unguent in treating phlebitis in children due to erythroncin.Method 40 cases of children with phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups,and each group had 20 cases. The treatment group used external application of Qingfu unguent on wounded part. The control group used 25% Mg SO4 gauze wet dressing on wounded part. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. For level Ⅱphlebitis,the healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion As an external application herb unguent,Qingfu unguent is worthy of recommend using in clinic for its convenience,efficacy and safety.
