摘要
[目的]了解社会不同人群对公立医院文化期望的现状和差异,以促进医院文化建设的提升,提高医院的运营效率。[方法]运用自制的《公立医院文化期望调查问卷》在山西省内进行现场问卷调查,并采用方差分析和回归分析对数据进行分析。[结果]不同人群对公立医院文化期望的均分为(97.9±9.6)分。不同角色、不同月收入水平的人群对公立医院文化的期望各有不同(P<0.05);经多元回归分析发现,理念创新、职业素养、权益维护和廉洁行医是影响公立医院文化期望的主要因素。[结论]公立医院文化建设和发展需要符合社会的期望,应从强化诚信管理、加强理念创新、提高员工职业素养等方面来提升医院文化建设。
Objective To understand the current situation difference about public hospitals' cultural expectations in different crowds so as to pro- mote the advantage of hospitals' cultural construction and operation efficiency. Methods We conducted different groups of people in Shanxi Prov- ince by using the self - made questionnaire. It analyzed the data by variance and regression analysis. Results The mean score of cultural expecta- tions of public hospitals in different crowds was (97.9 ± 9.6 ) . It was differences in different roles and income level ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Multiple re- gression analysis showed that concept innovation, professional quality, rights and interests maintenance and honest practice were major factors that affect the expectations of public hospitals cultural. Conclusions The construction and development of public hospitals culture should meet the social expectations. Promoting hospitals cultural construction should strengthen integrity management, enhance concept innovation and improve the employees' professional quality.
