危机管理视角下社会工作者介入医患冲突过程的研究

Study on social workers involved in the process of conflict between doctors and patients under crisis management

从利益要素、主体间相对剥夺感以及道德约束的偏离和法制体制的滞后三方面阐明医患冲突发生的潜在因素;借鉴危机管理中的前期控制、同期控制和反馈控制的三阶段以及冲突五阶段之间的动态关系,分析医患冲突的潜在、显现和后续的延展,为社会工作者介入医患冲突提供理论可能;对社会工作者在医患冲突过程中角色的定位转换及介入途径进行探析,为更加有效的化解医患冲突提供参考。

It illuminates latency factors of medical conflict from three aspects such as interest factors, main body of relative deprivation, devia- tion of moral constraints and lag of legal system. It takes example by dynamic relation among preliminary control, synchronization control and feedback control three stages and conflict five stages in crisis management. It analyzes latency, appear and subsequent extension of doctor - pa- tient conflicts. It provides theory possibility for social workers involved in doctor - patient conflicts. It explores and analyzes role＇ s position and transformation of social workers in the process of role medical conflict so as to provide reference for defusing doctor - patient conflicts effectively.
