中医治疗膝关节骨性关节炎及护理

Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis and Nursing

目的探讨中医治疗及相关护理在膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)中的应用效果。方法收集2014年5月—2015年6月在我院骨科就诊的膝关节OA患者100例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为中医组和常规组,每组50例。常规组采用透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗及常规的护理措施。中医组采用中药汤剂内服治疗及进行相关护理。结果中医组总有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医组和常规组的安全性分布在0级、Ⅰ级的比例无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论中医治疗和相关护理对OA具有较高的临床效果,其安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis（ OA） and nursing.Methods 100 patients with knee OA in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2015 were collected. According to the random number table method,they were divided into TCM group and conventional group,and there were 50 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with intra-articular injecting sodium hyaluronate and routine nursing care. The TCM group was treated with TCM decoction and related nursing. Results The total effective rate of the TCM group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The distribution proportion of safety 0 grade and I grade had no significant difference between the TCM group and the conventional group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis（ OA） and nursing has a high clinical effect,which is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
