院外压疮患者的主要照顾者对压疮认识的质性研究

The Qualitative Research on the Understanding of Pressure Ulcer in the Primary Caregivers of Family Patients with Pressure Ulcer

目的探讨压疮的主要照顾者对压疮的认识情况,为压疮的主要照顾者开展有针对性的健康教育和有效的社会支持提供依据。方法采取半结构深度访谈法,以10名在门诊就诊时带有压疮患者的主要照顾者为调查对象进行质性研究。结果压疮的主要照顾者对压疮认知不全面,希望得到专业指导;主要照顾者的社会支持度不高,希望得到有力的支持。结论加大健康宣教力度,提供延伸服务,把健康宣教进入社区,延伸到家庭;加大社会支持度,让压疮患者的主要照顾者感受到有效的支持。

Objective To explore the understanding of pressure ulcer in the primary caregivers of family patients with pressure ulcer,to carry out targeted health education for primary caregivers and provide the basis for effective social support. Methods Adopting semi structural in- depth interview,primary care to 10 patients with pressure sore at the time of admission as investigation objects for qualitative research.Results The main caregivers of pressure ulcers had incomplete cognition of pressure ulcers,and hope to get professional guidance. The social support degree of main caregivers was low,which hoped to get strong support. Conclusion Strengthening health education,providing extension services,introducing the health education into the community and family,increasing the degree of social support,which let the main caregivers for patients with pressure ulcers feel effective support.
