“证体合辨”论治法治疗干燥综合征的理论思考

Theoretical Consideration about Therapeutic Method of “Syndrome Differentiation combined with Constitution Differentiation” in Treating Sjogren's Syndrome

干燥综合征(Sj?gren’s Syndrome,SS)患者临床表现复杂多样,辨证论治法是治疗SS的重要治法,但辨证论治法存在"无证可辨"、侧重辨"病"而对"人"不够关注等不足。鉴于辨证论治法不能全面地把握SS患者的病变本质,为更好地治疗SS患者,提出"证体合辨"论治法治疗SS这一思路,并分析了"证体合辨"论治法治疗SS的必要性、可行性以及提出了实施"证体合辨"论治法的具体做法。

Clinical manifestations of Sj？gren＇s Syndrome（ SS） patient are complex and diverse. Although therapeutic method of syndrome differentiation is important in treating SS patient,it had shortcomings such as no syndrome being differentiated sometimes and emphasizing disease differentiation（ short of focusing body）. Owing to therapeutic method of syndrome differentiation no completely grasping the disease nature of SS patient,then therapeutic method of syndrome differentiation combined with constitution differentiation was proposed in the better treatment of SS patient. The necessity and practicability of therapeutic method of syndrome differentiation combined with constitution differentiation in treating SS patient were analysed,and concrete measures of carrying out therapeutic method of syndrome differentiation combined with constitution differentiation were proposed.
