摘要
以芳香族二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为硬段,聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)为软段,采用溶液预聚体法合成了性能良好的聚碳酸酯聚氨酯。通过迈克尔加成反应,用2-甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酰胆碱(MPC)对聚碳酸酯基聚氨酯进行表面改性,并对其生物相容性进行评价。细胞毒性试验证明,改性后聚碳酸酯基聚氨酯材料毒性显著降低;蛋白质吸附实验表明,接枝MPC后聚碳酸酯基聚氨酯膜表面具有良好的抗蛋白吸附能力;血小板粘附实验显示,接枝MPC后,膜表面血小板黏附量显著减少,说明在聚碳酸酯基聚氨酯表面进行仿生改性可以达到改善其生物相容性,可作为一种具有应用前景的生物医用材料。
Polycarbonate-based polyurethane with excellent properties was prepared using the method of solution prepolymer taking aromatic diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate( MDI) as hard segment,polycarbonate diol( PCL) as soft segment. And then 2- methacryloyloxy- ethyl phosphorylcholine( MPC) was introduced into the surface of polycarbonate based polyurethane using the Michael addition reaction,and the biocompatibility was evaluated. The cytotoxicity was reduced significantly after surface modification of polycarbonate- based polyurethane with cell membrane mimetic structure,meeting the basic requirements of biomedical materials. Protein adsorption experiments showed that the surface of polycarbonate based polyurethane membrane grafted MPC has excellent anti-protein adsorption ability. Platelet adhesion experiment results showed that the platelet adhesion of film surface grafted MPC was significantly reduced,indicating the surface modification of polycarbonate based polyurethane can improve its biocompatibility.Polycarbonate-based polyurethane after surface modification prepared have excellent can be widely used as a biological medical material.
