Study on the hydrothermal synthesis of bulk nickel phosphide

摘要 以水为溶剂,硝酸镍和次亚磷酸钠为原料,采用水热合成法制备了本体磷化镍催化剂,考察了磷镍比、反应温度、反应时间和不同表面活性剂对合成磷化镍性质的影响。结果表明,在P∶Ni=6∶1,反应温度120℃,反应时间12 h的条件下,制备出较纯净的六方相磷化镍。添加表面活性剂聚乙二醇20000,可以在一定程度上提高磷化镍的比表面积。 The bulk nickel phosphide( Ni2P) was prepared by hydrothermal method,in this experiment,with water as the solvent and the mixture of nickel nitrate and sodium phosphite as raw material. The influences of nickel phosphorus ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and the different surfactants on nickel composite phosphating were studied. The results suggested that under the condition of the P∶ Ni =6∶ 1,120 ℃,12 h,six-party phase nickel phosphide was successfully prepared,and adding surface active agent PEG-20000 could increased the specific surface area of nickel phosphide to some extents.
