多功能水化剂的研究及应用

摘要 研究了多功能水化剂的破胶机理,与压裂液添加剂的配伍性,破胶性能和伤害性评价。结果表明,多功能水化剂与压裂添加剂配伍,压裂液破胶水化彻底。与过硫酸铵作破胶剂对比,多功能水化剂破胶液残渣含量较低,表面张力低,破胶液对岩心渗透率的伤害为16.5%。在延长油田压裂中使用多功能水化剂,累计产油量比常规压裂高,具有良好的经济效益,可以在压裂施工中大规模推广。 The mechanism of multi-functional hydration gel breaking agent,and fracturing fluid additive compatibility,gel breaking performance and damage evaluation was investigated. The result showed that the multi-function hydrated agent and fracturing additive compatibility,the glue of the fracturing fluid to break completely. Contrast with ammonium persulfate gel breaking,multi-function hydrated agent broken glue residue content is low,low surface tension,break glue on core permeability damage is 16. 5%. Using the multi-function hydrated agent in Yanchang oilfield,the cumulative oil production is higher than conventional fracturing,with good economic benefits,can be large-scale promotion in fracturing.
