摘要
以铁炭为原料,在传统铁炭微电解材料中添加金属化合物添加剂,通过两段烘焙工艺制得新型微电解材料。研究了新型铁炭微电解材料处理印染废水的条件及影响因素,主要研究了在不同的铁炭质量比、金属化合物添加剂、铁炭质量占微电解材料总质量百分比、温度以及焙烧时间等条件下制备的材料对印染废水的处理。研究表明,用铁炭质量比为1∶1,添加剂按氧化铝∶氧化钛∶氧化镁∶氧化锰∶氧化钙比例为5∶3∶2∶1∶1混合,铁炭质量占微电解材料总质量百分比为60%电解材料,在1 100℃下焙烧2 h制备的新型铁炭微电解材料处理印染废水效果最佳。对印染废水的COD_(Cr)、色度去除率达到76.8%,84.5%。
The research has made a new iron-carbon micro electrolytic material which consists of activated carbon powder,scrap iron,a variety of metallic oxides and two stages of roasting.The effect of micro-electrolyses ' ratio of ingredients is materials,the sintering time and temperature on the treatment-effectiveness of dyeing wastewater are investigated systematically,and the method of optimum preparation is determined.The result shows that it is the best reaction conditions:Fe:C was 1:1,Al2O3:Ti2O3:MgO:MnO2:CaO was 5:3:2:1:1,the percent of iron and carbon is 60%,the sintering time is 2 h and the sintering temperature is 1 100 ℃.The COD and shade removing rate are up to 76.8% and 84.5%.
