摘要
在影响产品质量和可靠性的人机料法环测六因素中,测量因素的控制具有重要意义。本文给出了测量的定义,分析了测量因素及其控制对于产品质量和可靠性的重要性,分析了测量过程的具体内容及其对可靠性的影响,论述了测量因素分析与控制的主要内容。本文内容对机床制造企业开展测量因素控制并保障产品可靠性具有积极的参考作用。
In the man, machine, materials, method, measure and environment the six factors that affect the product quality and reliability, the control in measure factor is significant. This paper makes a define to the measurement, and makes a statement about the importance of measurement and measure control for the quality and reliability of products. Also makes a analysis about the details of measure process and states the influence on reliability. Then explains the main contents about the measure analysis and control. This paper has a positive reference on machine tool manufacturing enterprises to carry out the measurement factor control and guarantee product reliability.
