摘要 为有效进行再制造逆向物流模式选择,根据再制造逆向物流的特点,建立了包括社会性、技术性、环境性、资源性、经济性的再制造逆向物流模式绿色评价体系,并对各指标进行量化分析;提出了一种联合熵权法与TOPSIS法的再制造逆向物流模式决策模型,运用熵权法确定各指标权重,采用TOPSIS法进行再制造逆向物流模式决策。以某机床厂废旧机床主轴为例,验证了再制造逆向物流模式决策模型的有效性。 In order to make the decision of remanufacturing reverse logistics mode,according to the characteristics of remanufacturing reverse logistics,a green evaluation system of remanufacturing reverse logistics which included sociality,technology,environment,resource and economy is presented,and the quantitative methods of the indexes are analytic. In addition,the decision model of remanufacturing reverse logistics based on entropy weight and TOPSIS method is proposed,in which the index weight is calculated by the entropy weight,and the decision of remanufacturing reverse logistics through the TOPSIS method. Finally,a used spindle of machine tool in the machine factory is taken as an example to illustrate the validity of the above decision model.
