摘要
根据四极质量分析器陶瓷极座的磨削工艺需求、磨床结构和IMAC控制器的开放特性,构建了基于IPC+IMAC的上下位结构磨床控制系统,开发了上位控制软件、下位PLC软件和磨削工艺软件。应用结果表明,该极座磨床控制系统稳定性好、可靠性高、操作简单。
According to the grinding process of the ceramic pole base in the quadrupole mass filter,the structure of the grinder and the open property of IMAC,the grinder control system is constructed based on IPC and IMAC,which has the upper and lower position machine structure. The control system software are developed,which included the upper position machine control program,the lower PLC program and the grinding process program. The actual application states that the control software can run stably and reliably,also can be easy to use.
