摘要
试验采用南方荚蒾枝条为插穗进行不同扦插基质(林地黄心土∶河沙=3∶2、林地黄心土∶炉渣土=3∶2、园土)、枝条不同部位(基段、中段、稍段)、ABT1生根剂不同浓度(100mg/kg、200mg/kg、300mg/kg)的扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:扦插基质以林地黄心土∶河沙=3∶2的扦插成活率最高,达79.7%;插穗以枝条中部的穗条成活率最高,达79.8%;ABT1生根剂浓度以200mg/kg最适宜,扦插成活率达79.7%。
Viburnum fordiae Hance branches for the cuttings in different cutting substrates (Woodland yellow subsoil : river sand =3 : 2, Woodland yellow subsoil : slag soil = 3 : 2, garden soil), different parts of the branches (base, middle, and top), different concentrations of ABT1 rooting agent (100mg/kg, 200mg/kg, 300mg/kg, ) cutting propagation experiment, the results show.that the substratum in Woodland yellow subsoil : river sand = 3 : 2 has the highest cutting survival rate, by 79. 7% ; Cuttings to spike the highest survival rate in central branches, by 79.8% ; ABT1 rooting agent concentration to 200mg/kg the most appropriate, cutting survival rate of by 79.7%.
