服务型政府视角下内河船员教育培训扶持机制的建立

文中从服务型政府视角,分析当前内河船员劳动保障薄弱、教育培训经费不足以及信息不畅的问题及成因,提出建立畅通的内河航运、船员、教育培训信息化平台,从而助推内河船员队伍和教育培训机构的可持续健康发展。

From the perspective of service-oriented government, the paper analyzes the problems of weak labour insurance, inadequate expenses on education and training and poor information communication for seafarers engaged in inland navigation as well as the causes for the problems. It puts forward the establishment of a well-operated information platform for inland river shipping, seafarer, education and training, aiming at promoting the sustainable and sound development of inland-river seafarer team as well as education and training organizations.
