海上溢油监测专题图制作系统利用地理信息系统技术、计算机技术、专题图制作技术,对海面溢油遥感影像信息转化成的矢量数据进行处理,可协助海洋环境管理部门快速、准确地锁定溢油区,提高溢油事故处理效率。

Taking advantage of the technology of geographic information system, computer science and thematic map production, the thematic map production system for the monitor of oil spill at sea, capable of processing the vector data transformed from the remote sensing image information of oil spill on the surface of the sea, can facilitate the marine environment administration in enhancing the efficiency in handling oil spill incidents through promptly and accurately targeting the oil spill area.
