Design and Realization of the Third Party PACS and HIS Data Exchange and Integration

目的:探讨标准与非标准系统数据间的互连互通。方法:利用IHE技术框架,构建基于DICOM、HL7标准的PACS与HIS信息交互共享平台。以HL7消息为驱动,Mirth Connect在HIS、RIS与PACS系统间构建数据通道。结果:实现了放射、CT、MR、超声、内镜、病理等检查业务系统与临床电子病历系统间无缝连接。结论:使医疗业务在医院信息平台上顺畅运营。

Objective： The page discusses standard and non-standard system data exchange and integration. Methods： Based on the IHE technical framework, we build a platform between PACS and HIS based on DICOM and HL7 exchange. Mirth Connect that creates channels between HIS, RIS and PACS is driven by HL7 messages. Results： We realize integration between the radiology, CT, MR, ultrasound, endoscopic and pathologic examinations and EMR. Conclusion： It makes the medical service in hospital information platform operation smoothly.
