摘要 目的:研究数字化技术在先天性巨结肠(Hirsehsprung's disease,HD)的临床应用价值。方法:收集HD患者并予口服造影剂、镇静等扫描前准备,行腹部CT增强扫描,将图像数据传至工作站进行三期数据的配准,宽窗、宽位选择,三维重建及数字化处理。结果:CT数据数字化模型可高分辨力三维显示病灶位置,肠管扩张的范围及肠管的三维坐标空间结构,同时可随意分割显示腹腔目标脏器的图形,肠管结构与术中所见相吻合。结论:HD患儿CT数据通过数字化处理,有助于了解HD病灶的范围,术前规划及术前评估。具有一定的临床及科研意义。 Objective: To study the clinical application value of the digital technology in patients with Hirsehsprung' s disease (HD). Methods: Patients with HD, oral contrast agent, injecting antispasmodic drugs, were scanned in abdominal500-slice-row computed tomography (CT). The data were transmitted to the workstation and been registration of three data. Then we choose the appropriate Wide Window and Wide Spaces. At last the data were three dimensional reconstruction and digital processing. Results: CT digital data model can be high resolution 3D display the location of the lesion, scope of dilatation of intestinal tube, and the 3D coordinate space structure of intestinal tube. At the same time, the image of the target organs of the abdomen can be displayed at will. The structure of bowel is be identical with in intraoperative bowel. Conclusion: The CT data of children with HD were treated by digital processing, which can help to understand the scope of HD
