HPLC测定名草口服液A型、B型中二苯乙烯苷的含量

Determination of Stilbene Glucoside in Mingcao Oral Liquid Type A and Type B by HPLC

目的建立名草口服液A型、B型中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC），Waters XBridge C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5pm）；以乙腈．水（16：84）为流动相；检测波长为320nm。结果二苯乙烯苷在19．64-147．31ng范围内线性关系良好，相关系数r=0．9995，A型平均回收率98．9％，B型平均回收率99．2％。结论该方法简单易操作，准确可靠，可用于名草口服液A型、B型的质量控制。

Objective To establish the method for determination of the content of stilbene glucoside in Mingcao Oral Liquid Type A and Type B. Methods The content of stilbene glucoside was determined by HPLC. Waters XBridge C18 was adopted, using aeetonitrile-water （16：84） as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results Stilbene glucoside had a good linear relationship in the range of 19.64-147.31 ng, with the correlation coefficient （r） of 0.9995. The average recoveries of stilbene glucoside in Mingcao Oral Liquid Type A and Type B were 98.9 % and 99.2 %, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate, and accurate and reliable, thus can be used for the quality control of Mingcao Oral Liquid Type A and Type B.
