Present Situation and New Progress of Chronic Constipation Drugs

慢性便秘是一种常见的慢性胃肠动力障碍性疾病。大多数人一生中的某个阶段均曾受其影响。本文就近年临床上常用治疗慢性便秘的药物,如泻剂、促动力药、促分泌剂等进行综述,为提高临床治疗慢性便秘的水平,改善治疗方案,实现个体化治疗提供参考。

Chronic constipation is a common chronic gastrointestinal dynamic obstruction disorder. At a certain stage in life, most people have been influenced by it. In recent years much literature has reported clinical drugs used to treat chronic constipation. This article summarizes the clinical commonly used drugs for chronic constipation, such as laxatives, prokinetic drugs, secretagogues, thus provides reference for improvement of the treatment level and protocols, as well as realization of individualized treatment.
