习近平总书记近期多次讲话强调,要以构建现代农业产业体系、生产体系、经营体系为抓手,加快推进农业现代化。在构建现代农业"三大体系"过程中,黑龙江省绥化市从创新现代农业经营体系入手,推进"以村为基本单元的复合型经营主体"建设,然后以现代农业经营体系创新推进现代农业生产体系建设,进而共同支撑现代农业产业体系发展。

Recent speeches of President Xi Jinping repeatedly stressed that taking modern agriculture industry system, production system, and operating system as the starting points, the agricultural modernization should be accelerated. In the construction process of＂the three major systems of the modern agriculture＂, Suihua City of Heilongjiang Province started from innovating the management system of modern agriculture, promoted the construction of＂the compound management subject based on village as basic unit＂, aimed to promote modern agricultural production system construction by the modern agricultural management system innovation, and then to support the development of modern agricultural industrial system.
