2012—2015年江苏省某女子强制隔离戒毒所吸毒人群艾滋病监测结果

Surveillance result of HIV/AIDS among drug users in a compulsory isolated drug rehabilitation center for women in Jiangsu province from 2012 to 2015

目的了解江苏省某女子强制隔离戒毒所吸毒人群艾滋病相关知识行为及HIV(艾滋病病毒)/HCV(丙型肝炎病毒)/梅毒感染状况。方法按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案》要求,对2012—2015年在监测期内(4-6月)的吸毒人群进行问卷调查和HIV/HCV/梅毒的检测。结果 2012—2015年共监测982名女性吸毒者,吸毒人群艾滋病知识知晓率和接受干预服务率均呈逐年上升(P值均<0.05)。注射吸毒占30.86%,逐年下降(P<0.05),其中发生性行为比例逐年上升(P<0.05)。该吸毒人群中发生商业性行为占5.20%,每次均使用安全套的占26.00%。在最近一个月中发生性行为的吸毒人员占37.17%,最近一次使用安全套比例逐年上升(P<0.05)。仅2015年发现1例HIV阳性,感染率为0.10%。梅毒阳性率为29.53%。HCV抗体阳性率为34.73%,逐年下降(P<0.05)。有注射吸毒史者HCV抗体阳性率高于无注射者(P<0.05)。结论江苏省某女子强制隔离戒毒所吸毒人群HIV感染率较低,但HCV感染率较高。

Objectives To study current status of HIV/AIDS related knowledge awareness, behaviors and infection of HIV /HCV/syphilis of drug users in a compulsory isolated drug rehabilitation center for women in Jiangsu Province. Methods Ac- cording to requirements of Guidelines for National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance, drug users were subjected to questionnaire based surveys and serological analysis of HIV/HCV/syphilis during monitoring period （from Apr to Jun） from 2012 to 2015. Results A total of 982 drug users were surveyed, whose HIV/AIDS related knowledge awareness rate and rate of receiving in- tervention services both demonstrated ascending trends （all P〈0.05）. Drug injection users accounted for 30.86%, showing a descending trend （P〈O. 05） ;while drug users with sexual behaviors showed an ascending trend （P〈0.05）. A total of 5.20 subjects had commercial sexual behaviors, 26.00% used condoms every time. In past month, 37. 17% drug users had sexual intereourses, the condom use rate increased every year（P〈0.05）. Only 1 patient was identified as HIV infection in 2015, re- suiting infection rate of 0.10%. Syphilis infection accounted for 29.53%, while HCV infection accounted for 34. 73% and de- clined every year（P〈0.05）. HCV infection rate of subjects with injection history was higher than that of subjects without in- jection history（ P〈0. 05 ）.
