摘要
目的应用左室三维整体面积应变(LV-GSAS)和达峰时间(T-GSAS)定量评估尿毒症不同透析时间患者的左心功能。方法 95例尿毒症患者根据透析时间长短分为3组:6~12个月30例(A组),13~36个月33例(B组),37~60个月32例(C组)。另选同期健康志愿者30例为正常对照组,获得各组LV-GSAS和T-GSAS,结果进行对比分析。结果 A、B、C组LV-GSAS均较正常对照组升高,A组LV-GSAS较B组升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。A组T-GSAS较B、C组延长,B组T-GSAS较C组延长,A、B组T-GSAS较正常对照组延长,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论 LV-GSAS和T-GSAS可定量评估尿毒症不同透析时间患者的左室收缩功能,具有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To quantitatively evaluate the left ventricular function by global systolic area strain(LV-GSAS) and the time to peak of global systolic area strain(T-GSAS) in patients with uremia on different treatment course of dialysis. Methods Ninety-five uremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)were divided into three groups according to the treatment course of dialysis,including group A(30 cases received 6 to 12 months of dialysis),group B(33 cases received13 to 36 months of dialysis)and dialysis group C(32 cases received 37 to 60 months of dialysis). Thirty healthy volunteers were used as the normal control group during the same period. The LV-GSAS and T-GSAS in each group was obtained and comparatively analyzed.Results Compared to that in normal control group,LV-GSAS were increased in all the three observation groups(all P〈0.05). LV-GSAS was increased in group A than that in group B(P〈0.05).T-GSAS in group A was prolonged than that in group B and C,and it was prolonged in group B than that in group C. T-GSAS in group A and B were prolonged than that in the normal control group(all P〈0.05).Conclusion LV-GSAS and T-GSAS can quantitatively estimate the left ventricular systolic function in patients with uremia on different treatment course of dialysis.
