摘要
以新疆大叶紫花苜蓿为试验材料,采用土培试验方法,研究了硒(Se)胁迫对大叶紫花苜蓿不同组织可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、超氧阴离子和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响及大叶紫花苜蓿对Se的积累能力。结果表明:胁迫60d时,随Se胁迫浓度的增加,大叶紫花苜蓿不同组织中超氧阴离子、MDA、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量增加,同时,新疆大叶紫花苜蓿根的Se积累量大于叶和茎的Se积累量。综合研究表明,在900μM Se胁迫下,根据渗透调节物质的积累量,初步判断大叶紫花苜蓿有解毒和富集Se的能力,具有用于修复Se污染土壤的潜能。
In this paper, the effects of selenium(Se) stress on the physiological characteristics of alfalfa were investigated by pot experiments, including soluble protein content, free proline content, O2-(.-) content and MDA content in different tissues of Medicago sativa L. The results showed that the O2-(.-) content, MDA content, free proline content and soluble protein content significantly increased when the Se stress increased to 900μM compared with the control(non-Se). After 60 days of Se exposure, the accumulation contents of Se in roots were significantly higher than in leaf and stem. Thus, these results indicated that the alfalfa was a promising remedial potential for the high level of Se contamination soil.
