盐胁迫对花生幼苗根系生理生化特性的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Salt Stress on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Roots in Peanut

摘要 以珍珠豆型花生品种粤油45号为材料,研究不同NaCl浓度(0、25、50、75、100mmol/L)处理对花生幼苗根系生长发育及其生理生化特性的影响,结果表明:随着Na Cl浓度增加,花生幼苗根干重逐渐降低,根长、根平均直径、根总表面积、根鲜重逐渐减小,可溶性蛋白含量逐渐降低,根系活性和抗氧化酶活性均呈现下降趋势。 To determine the effect of salt stress on the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of peanut roots, peanut seeds of Yueyou45 were treated with different Na Cl concentrations(0, 25, 50, 75 and 100mmol/L) in this study. The main results showed: with the increase of Na Cl concentration, the root dry weight of peanut seedlings was decreased gradually, while the root length, root average diameter, root surface area and root fresh weight showed the same results, and the content of root soluble protein was decreased. In addition,the root activity and antioxidant enzyme activity showed a trend of decline.
