摘要
引流是外科医生最常使用的技术,但是,对选用何种引流争议不断。负压封闭引流技术相对较新,在腹部外科的应用报道不多,作者总结了其在腹部外科的应用经验,重点介绍该技术的原理、优势和适应证。
To choose what kind of drainage is controversial even though drainage is the most commonly used technology by surgeons. The reports regarding vacuum sealing drainage（ VSD） in the application of abdominal surgery are limited. This review summarizes the experience of VSD in the application of abdominal surgery and focuses on its principle and advantages and indications.
