摘要 美国学者David Cleland称:在应付全球化的市场变动中,战略管理和项目管理将起到关键性的作用。在现代汽车企业的管理模式中,精益生产模式、全面质量管理、企业价值流管理、订单式生产以及零库存概念、已越来越趋向为项目式的运作模式。中国汽车行业正逐步引入国际先进的项目管理模式,加快提高我国汽车制造业的管理水平。汽车产品项目管理是一项复杂的系统工程,合理的项目管理及设计开发方法是优质高效地开发汽车产品的基础。对于商用车产品开发项目而言,项目前期对重要利益相关方的识别、在项目设计阶段对目标的管理,在项目实施阶段对进度的把控尤为关键。 The American scholar David Cleland claims: strategic management and project management will play a key role in the market change to cope with globalization. In the management mode of modern automobile enterprises, the lean production mode, overall quality control, enterprise value flow management, MTO(Make To Order) and zero stock concept tend to be the operating mode of the project increasingly.Chinese automobile industry is progressively introducing the advanced project management mode in the world, accelerating the pace to improve the management level of domestic automobile industry. Project management of automobile product is a complex systematic engineering. Reasonable project management and development methods are the basis of quality and efficient development. For commercial vehicle product development project, the identification of important stakeholders at the early stage of project, the management of target at the project design stage and the control over the progress at the project implementation stage are the most important factors.
