摘要
国内大部分汽车制造厂车身补焊线上焊接的行李支架流水槽宽度有多种尺寸,但是行李支架的限位块只能配合一种尺寸。在焊接安装时,会出现这几个问题:焊接安装时,行李支架与流水槽底面离空,安装之后外饰件左右不对称,侧围与顶盖配合尺寸不稳定。为解决这些问题,该研究块在原限位块的基础上,设计开发一种V型限位块,当有不同宽度的行李支架流水槽时,V型限位块仍然能够使行李支架正确焊接安装,从而确保后续装配件的正确安装,避免缺陷,提高质量,同时大大提高生产效率。
In the most of the domestic automobile factories, the car roof sink which welds to BIW baggage stent has different widths on the welding line, whereas the limit block can't adjust widths. So it will cause the following problems. Clearance will appear between baggage stent and car roof sink. The left and right ornaments can't install symmetrically. Body side and roof will join unstably. To settle those problems, this study will develop a V-type limit block based on its predecessor, which can also keep BIW baggage stent in correct position when we weld it to car roof sink. So it can ensure the following ornaments install correctly, and avoid defects, and improve quality, and put up productivity greatly.
