摘要
采用维氏(HV)硬度测试、力学性能测试、透射电镜(TEM)观察等技术手段,研究了双级时效工艺对2099合金组织性能的影响。结果显示,双级时效处理能够显著改善2099合金的综合力学性能指标,合金屈服强度和抗拉强度的增幅分别达144 MPa和98 MPa,而塑性降低0.6%。终时效温度由146℃升高到170℃,达到峰时效态的时间缩短24 h,综合强塑性指标波动较小。时效过程中析出相的演化规律为:预时效态,基体析出相以δ'相为主,T1相较少;峰时效态,以T1相为主,δ'相次之,θ'相很少;过时效态,T1相和δ'相略有粗化,且δ'相数量减少。
Effect of duplex aging on microstructure and property of 2099 alloy was studied by hardness test,mechanical property test,and TEM.The results show that the mechanical properties of the 2099 alloy improve significantly by the duplex aging.The yield strength and tensile strength increase by 144 MPa and 98 MPa,respectively,and the elongation decreases slightly by 0.6% after the aging treatment.With increase of the final aging temperature from 146 ℃ to 170 ℃,the time of peak aging is shortened by 24 h,and no considerable change of the strength and plasticity of the alloy is observed.The evolution of precipitates during the aging is as follows:the main precipitate of δ' phase in matrix with a small amount of T1 phase under the pre-aging; the main precipitate of T1 phase,some δ' phase and a small amount of θ' phase for the peak aging; the coarsened T1 and δ' phases for the over aging.
