喷丸直径对Ti6Al4V表面改性层生物摩擦学性能的影响

摘要 为改善Ti6Al4V的生物摩擦学性能,分别采用直径为4、6和10 mm的喷丸对其进行表面强化处理,然后用TR240粗糙度仪测表面改性层的表面粗糙度Ra,在MRTR多功能摩擦磨损试验机上以ZrO_2球/Ti6Al4V表面改性层为摩擦副进行人工唾液和透明质酸钠溶液润滑下的生物摩擦学试验,使用S-3000N扫描电子显微镜观察Ti6Al4V表面改性层的组织形貌和生物摩擦学试验后的磨痕形貌。结果表明:随着喷丸直径的增大,Ti6Al4V表面改性层的表面粗糙度Ra从1.32μm降低到1.05μm,生物摩擦学试验中的摩擦因数呈现出先降低后增大的变化趋势,改性层磨痕的磨损程度呈现出先减轻后加重的变化趋势,但不同直径喷丸二次强化所获得改性层的各项性能在试验中都最差。 Shot peening was conducted on Ti6Al4V alloy by shots with 4,6 and 10 mm diameter to improve bio-tribological properties of the alloy.The surface roughness Raof the treated alloy was measured by a TR240 roughness instrument.Bio-tribological tests were performed on MRTR multifunctional machine under artificial saliva and sodium hyaluronate,for the modified Ti6Al4 V alloy with ZrO2 ball as its friction couple.The microstructure of the modified layer of the alloy and grinding trace was examined by SEM.The results show that the surface roughness of the modified Ti6Al4V alloy decreases from Ra1.32 μm to Ra1.05 μm with the increasing shot diameter from 4mm to 10 mm,and the friction coefficient of the alloy decreases first and then increases,and the wear resistance of the alloy increases first and then decreases.The modified layer of Ti6Al4V alloy treated by twice shot peening exhibits the worst properties.
