艾迪注射液联合顺铂腹腔灌注治疗恶性腹腔积液临床观察

Clinical observation of Aidi injection combined with cisplatin by intraperitoneal perfusion in the treatment of malignant peritoneal effusion

目的探讨艾迪注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性腹腔积液的疗效。方法 67例恶性腹腔积液患者随机分为实验组36例(采用艾迪注射液联合顺铂进行腹腔灌注)与对照组31例(采用顺铂进行腹腔灌注),比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率63.9%高于对照组38.7%(P<0.05);两组骨髓抑制、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)升高、肾功能损害及恶心、呕吐发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合顺铂进行腹腔灌注治疗恶性腹腔积液,效果好,且不良反应少。

Objective To investigate curative effect by Aidi injection combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant peritoneal effusion. Methods A total of 67 malignant peritoneal effusion patients were randomly divided into experimental group with 36 cases（Aidi injection combined with cisplatin by intraperitoneal perfusion） and control group with 31 cases（cisplatin by intraperitoneal perfusion）. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 63.9% than 38.7% of the control group（P0.05）. The differences of incidences of myelosuppression, increased alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, renal function damage, nausea and emesis had statistical significance between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Aidi injection and cisplatin by intraperitoneal perfusion provides precise effect and few adverse reactions in the treatment of malignant peritoneal effusion.
